My pain is going away. Slowly.
One month ago – on the scale 1:10 – It was 11… ๐ … Now 6,7. Without painkillers! I can’t run or dance yet, but I can live with that.
Now I have to keep doing what I’m doing lately so the “thing” never comes back.
I’m not out of the woods yet, but it is a progress. I can feel it in my bones. ๐ !
So now I can eat and drink stuff like: tofu, garlic, all bran, almonds, lemons, kale, tomato, avocado, celery, blueberry, grapes, strawberry, pineapple, papaya, broccoli, cabbage, beet, pear, cherry, cilantro, red pepper, carrots, green tea, parsley, olives, pumpernickel, salmon, flax seed, cucumber, cannabis oil, watermelon, sunflower seeds, coconut oil, alfalfa, and clean water.
And for dessert ๐ ! ๐ ! ๐ ! – turmeric, ginger, goldenseal, dandelion, celery seeds, chlorella, yellow dock, pau d’arco, Vit – A, B, C, D3, E, cranberry, burdock, RAW PROTEIN FORMULA.
But hey, I can have some raw honey and dark chocolate! Life is great!!!
And I must tell you that I have learned lot from this painful experience.
I’m going to be vegetarian for the rest of my life. I don’t mind.
And I have learned how to breathe little better… ๐ … [ My post – “Don’t forget to breathe” ]
And now I’m sure, I’m positive that “Less is better”. ๐ ! [ My other post ]
And I have discovered that moderation is the key… Because too much even of the good stuff is not good!
And, in the end, all this anti gout foods and remedies are also anti cancer. So it works great for me.
I want to thank you all for your support!
Special thanks to Kelly [ http://kellygrace1.wordpress.com ] for very special comment. You see Kelly, the idea of my blog was to help others. And now you all are my inspiration – to go on and never give up…..
God Bless You ALL!
P.S. The French say: “c’e la vie”… And I say …And you have to try to make the best of it every day…

So happy you’re feeling better! And you make a great point, all things in moderation. Wish you a great day!
Anna, what wonderful news! Your body was made to heal itself. Praise God!
you are such an inspiration! hoorah for your attentiveness to your diet, and hoorah for your success!
Amazing post. So inspiring and I agree moderation, less is more and a plant-based diet. I wish you all the best with your recovery and beyond. ๐
So happy for you! That’s great news. And thank you for listing the foods you are eating, you are helping a lot of people. Here’s to more pain-lessening progress!
As an aside to my post on your “Wrong diagnosis” thoughts. I have been a vegetarian for the greater part of my life. There are so many new products and lovely recipes with fresh food available these days, that people new to this eating lifestyle have many tasty options! I never missed meat; as a kid I decided I love animals too much to eat them. But some of the veggie burgers, chicken-like products and others have gone from bland and tasteless to actually pretty darned tasty. Just check for salt content. ๐
What a wonderful post, and you will get better and better. ๐
So wonderful to hear you are feeling better!! Love your list of healthy scrumptious food!! Wishing you a wonderful day!
I join the congratulatory messages. By the way, raw honey and dark chocolate can be a real treat. Life is definitely good!
That’s very good news Anna! We think of you often and send healing energy your way on a regular basis. We always enjoy crossing paths with you on other blogs. We mentally wave to you if we notice you have liked someone in our WordPress travels:-)
Prayers and wishes for better health…
Great news! I am happy to hear the gout has settled down. I recall my experiences with introducing new foods after cancer treatment. Nuts and all other fiber are big changes. And no pain medicine is a victory, too, because it sounds like your pain was very difficult to deal with. I’m sending positive thoughts and wishes for more improvements.
What wonderful news! I am so happy that you are feeling better. My wish for you is that you continue to feel better.
Nancy
Wish you all the pain go away gradually and gain back your health!
You’re amazing like a warrior. In films, they always leave out the long quiet times that warriors need to regain their strength. Here you are.
I’m so very thrilled to hear the discoveries you’re making and the healing that’s taking place! Many, like you, are starting to make similar discoveries and recoveries. Telling your story gets the word out so others can benefit. Bless you & thanks!
You’re an inspiration! Glad you are feeling better!

Thank you for your visits to Laura’s Lens. I pray that my photos will bring rays of sunshine to your day and a smile on your face. Thank you for sharing your thoughts– showing us how to take it one day at a time. God’s blessings! Laura
Such a great post!
I start each morning with a crushed, peeled, nut-sized piece of root ginger steeped in boiling water for a few minutes; strained through a fine sieve with a slice of fresh lemon, it kick-starts my liver – and serves me for the rest of the day. It might help you too. All the best.
Thanks for visiting my blog! You are inspiring! I shall check back often. It sounds like you are in a good place in your thinking!
You would learn so much about nutrition; more than most Docs I imagine. ^^ keep it up;D
A wish for you for smooth sailing and calmer waters as you slip with grace and courage across the Wine Dark Sea.
I think I have just read your blog for the first time. I went backwards a bit to get caught up and you are quite an inspiration! Well done wise one! God gave us everything we need to be healed. Obviously, you know this. Congratulations on feeling so much better after all the changes and growth you have made in your life. WooHoo!
SO happy to hear you are feeling better! I hope that each day continues to be better than the next until you are pain free!! Enjoy your honey and dark chocolate ๐
Thank you so much for stopping by Ivegotconfidence and liking my post about Tami. She is now in the throes of cancer but still a fighter to the end. I hope you were able to access the link I posted so you could read the whole story written by her mom and consider their plea for financial assistance. In any event, based on your health experiences, I’m sure you would understand. And thank you for sharing your life with so many. You’re a blessing!
A homeless guy, in a cluttered van, told me – after I gave him a few bucks for gasoline – that watermelon, dark chocolate, tomatoes and milk were the secrets to avoiding cancer. He didn’t tell me me how much of each, or how often, but he didn’t sound crazy or anything. — YUR
Best of luck – I hope that pain factor number keeps coming down.
Laugher is part of a healthy diet as well, very potent stuff indeed — but it looks like you already know that, and have lots. I’m glad you’re on an upswing, and thanks for taking time to add a ‘like’ to my latest post
I feel lucky to have stumbled upon your account and have found your blog truly inspiration. I am a vegetarian medical student aiming to become an Oncologist (inspired by family members with cancer). This post in particular has really caught my eye. I actually consulted with a patient today, who has been suffering the entire year from pseudogout and despite medical guidelines the ‘drug’ treatment has not been effective. I just think it is amazing that are you are focusing on diet and natural therapies. It’s a long shot, but my goal is to place a much greater emphasis on nutrition in the world of oncology! I would love to hear more of your story.
Such an encouraging post! So glad you are doing better!
Thanks for stopping by my blog. I think of you often. When my sweet tooth is having its way with me, I remember that cancer loves sugar and there might be a tiny one, hiding somewhere, too weak to grow until I feed it that chocolate cake. And that thought gives me strength to put the lid back on. Your journey is inspiring. Thank you for sharing. Sally forth, sister. ~molly
My friend has Stage 4 Prostate Cancer which has spread to his bones along with nerve pain and he’s taking this medication for pain and he says it is helping him. Here is a site with more information about it:

Someone suggested on another thread on your blog taking Spirulina to remove metals from your body. Spiruline are also called Cyanobacteria which form Cyanotoxins and can be deadly. They may also be associated with Lou Gehrigs, Parkinsons, and Alzeimers. Scientists are currently studying this to learn more about them. I was surprised how little they knew about them. I would use extreme caution if you plan on consuming anything associated with Cyanobacteria. Here are some sites with more information:

I research stuff and when I find something interesting, I archive it on my blog which can be found here:

As I have personally demonstrated 150 Watts 40 kHz ultrasound clears cancer and its associated pain
You have the right idea! Food along with herbal supplements are healing. My naturopathic doctor’s recommendations have changed my life! I pray for you healing and happiness. โ He that takes medicine and neglects diet, wastes the time of his doctor. โ – Ancient Chinese Proverb –
Glad you are feeling better. God bless you! ๐

You are doing great. Hang in there.
You are an inspiration to me !!! Thanks for the comment on my post today about me quiting smoking cigarettes, it took me 20+ years to find the right medication to help me with my pain due to paralysis and arthritis in my back and neck… much less degenerative disk disorder in my neck. The methadone that I am taking has taken my pain level from 6-7 on a good day to 2 now on an average, I consider that a miracle in itself. Sometimes medications do work… it’s a shame it don’t always work out that way… Keep on being a positive inspiration to us all out here that need it !!!
You visited my blog when I wrote about permaculture, thank you. I visited your blog and read about the anti gout diet. My 40 year old son has gout and I found your thoughts/word interesting. I learned a lot. Thank you. Best wishes in your recovery. http://smallhouseunderabigsky.wordpress.com
