I’m free!

So here I Am – free at last and very sick.
4 days ago I left my job and moved to my friends house.
And I’m very happy!!!
But I’m very tired and overwhelmed by pain. My gout is getting worse. My all body aches. But the most pain is in my legs and arms. On the Pain Scale from one to ten – I’m on eleven… ๐Ÿ™‚ .
I’m trying to rest and organize my stuff. But I’m very slow. Every move hurts.
You know, I’m feeling so lousy now, that I’m not able to work anyway. I’m glad that I quit this job!
Is going to take me some time to recover. But with some deep breathing and determination I shall be better soon. I have to!!!
I have to change my diet again and find some new remedies. So I have to do some research again.
And the most important thing is that there is no more stress for me!!! Nobody is calling: AAAAAAAAAANAAAAAAAAAAAA !!! – anytime I sit down or lay down… ๐Ÿ™‚ .

Thank you all for reading
God Bless

  2. Sending you lots of positive energy and strength. You can and you will prevail against the odds. All the best to you! ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. this correlates with the hypothesis of stress triggering the release of stored toxins… i hope that you find a way to clear the negative energies that others might be affecting your wellness. you deserve to step into the sunshine, and to breathe pure healthy air that’s not tainted by bad experiences! i predict you’ll be better with each day as you distance yourself from this most-recent chapter!

    sending you strength,
    lisa/z

  4. Gout is wretched, horrible stuff. Worse pain I’ve ever experienced in my life, to include the severe motorcycle accident that ripped off a kneecap and being stabbed in a fight. I’d take either over a hour flare up! I hope you feel better soon.

  5. Reblogged this on More Aah than F*** and commented:
This lady has just quit a stressful job and feels sicker. Have you noticed that our bodies often keep going then fail when we relax? Maybe we should push ourselves more! Hope you feel better soon Anna.

  6. Check out the book, “Wheat Belly”, or just check the blog site. Removing wheat from you diet for a while may help a lot! I’m so glad you are in a better place…the rest will resolve. Hugs, peace and love!

  7. I’m sorry to hear about your horrible pain, but also glad you were able to quit your job and be free. Now seems to be the time only for you, to rest and heal. My prayers and positive thoughts will be with you, Anna…

  8. First I want to thank you for coming over to my blog. Thank you. ๐Ÿ™‚
Now I have to say you are a fascinating person. I had to keep reading.
You do have to put yourself first. You only have one life to live. So live it.
I’m praying for a healing touch so you can continue on your journey.
Good luck to you and please keep writing.

  9. Thank you so much for the like, but I am worried about you. Glad the stress of the Old Lady is gone…only to be replaced by the stress of your health?! Take care of you!

  10. I am glad you left that job and know it was the best thing, but I am sorry that your gout is severe. God bless you I hope you find some relief from your pain.

  11. As I’ve browsed through your blog, allow me to say this: It’s a pleasure to meet a strong person such as you (even just here online). You have a unique and positive energy which is very beautiful. May God, the Most Merciful and Loving, guide you all the way.

    Peace be with you/assalamu ‘alaikom.

  12. Thatยดs the spirit !! I suffer from severe pancreatitis and these past 7 days Iยดm home and in pain taking antibiotics since it seems the inner organs are a bit inflated, hurts like hell but Iยดm not going back to the hospital E.R so that my writing routine is interrupted, should go away with the freaking antibiotics and if not Iยดll punch it away. Youยดre a strong woman, I like that.

  13. hello oneanna65 its dennis the vizsla dog hay i am happy yoo ar free but sorry to heer yoo ar not feeling well trixie and i wil send yoo lots of tail wags to feel better!!! i hav menny tail wags to spare!!! ok bye

  14. I’ve used a yoga tool for toes (you can Google it & they’re inexpensive). It will help your feet. I have RA & only take ibuprofen in a low dose 200 mg – 600 mg per day – relieves the tingling. Whenever there’s a day your body needs to rest – let it. I try to follow the Bees – breathe, eat right, exercise (yoga even in small doses), sleep (enough). I’m glad you’re in a happy place (dogs are wonderful at lifting spirits)! I’m also glad you enjoyed my post.

  15. I, too, send you warm, healing thoughts. And a suggestion for gout. My husband was also diagnosed with that & it is very painful. A friend, who is into holistic cures told us to eat 5-6 cherries every day, They said it didn’t matter if they were fresh or cooked, but there was something in cherries that helped control gout. It might be a coincidence, but he has not had a gout attack since resolving to eat a lot of cherry pie. ๐Ÿ˜‰
