Reading comments following my last post “Oxygenate” I realized, that I have made some of my dear Readers worry about my health. I’m fine, better than I was a week ago. I’m oxygenating, drinking glass of good water/with 1/2 a teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt and 1/2 a teaspoon baking soda every morning.
You see, first I should have explained the difference between regular table salt and Himalayan Pink Salt.
Here it is.
We all know how bad is regular table salt – Sodium Chloride – refined – processed white stuff devoid of nutrients – contains aluminium and many other harmful ingredients. One only good element in it is Iodine.
But Himalayan Pink Salt contains the same 84 trace minerals and elements that are found in the human body. Iodine too.
Himalayan pink salt is good for vascular health – supports respiratory function – promotes stable pH balance -reduces signs of aging – promotes healthy sleep – increases libido – prevents muscle cramps – increases hydration – strengthen bones – lowers blood pressure – improves circulation – detoxifies the body.
So lets replace Table Salt with Himalayan Pink Salt – For better health!
Thank you for reading.
❤ .
God Bless you all.

You are so right. I made the switch to Himalayan salt years ago.
I’ve used Himalayan Pink Salt for years – I put medium chunks in our clear salt grinder & it’s lovely … another friend started doing the same thing (she is well-known for loving anything pink), so when dinner guests saw that, their initial assumption was that she’d figured out a way to dye her salt.
I like pink too! 🙂 ! Hugs.
This was interesting. I have to try that morning drink.
so glad you’re ok!! thanks for the info!
I have just discovered this. I wanted to add that it is pretty too!
Thanks for sharing the information.
Good to know. Thanks.
great
Hello, my friend. You may have broken new ground with your Himalayan pink salt and baking soda cocktail. I am happy you are feeling better. I admire your willingness to try out different stuff and share your results. God bless.
I’ve never heard of Himalayan pink salt before! Thanks for expelling this! And hope you continue to feel well, too!
Reblogged this on Lost Dudeist Astrology.
I also like Redmond Real Salt for the same reasons. I think it has a few less trace minerals, but it’s basically local.
I’m going to have to check into this salt. Is it anything like Real Salt, which is just natural salt with all the minerals still intact?
I’ve been hearing about Himalayan salt lately. I hope it’s really good for our health.
Yes! Is good for you!
Yeah I completely agree! Pink himalayan salt ftw
Thanks for sharing. Keep on fighting, one day at a time! G-d bless you!

Your posts on the salt was JUST what I needed, thanx. [Synchronicity at its finest!] I have been using Sea Salt to get away from ‘table salt’. Lately, I have been wanting ‘table salt’ and figured my body was craving iodine. I can’t get myself to buy ‘table salt’.
Years ago, I bought a ‘Natural Himalayan Salt Lamp’ (love it!). It came with a sample of pink Himalayan salt. I put the salt in a small glass jar, set it in the cupboard and forgot about it — and now, thanx to you, I pulled it out and have it available for daily use. I will be buying more pink salt. Thank you, I am very grateful!
We’ve switched over to the Himalayan pink salt years ago. I’m definitely loving the pink colour and just knowing that it is a lot better. Even for sugar we’ve switched from white sugar to more natural alternatives, like raw honey, maple syrup, stevia, molasses. The best part about our raw honey is it comes from our very own backyard beehive.
I like it simply because it tastes better.
great information
I keep this next to my stove and never use regulare salt, but I never knew it was so good for me. Thank you! 🙂
Take care dear and your blog is too good.
I would switch to Himalayan Pink salt soon !
Hi there — one of your fans mentioned a Himalayan salt lamp. I have one beside the computer and one in our lounge area, to de-ionise the air (clean up the air and protect from electro-magnetic frequencies). And if you get hungry or run out of salt in the kitchen you can scrape off a bit of the lamp…. never tried that but apparently it’s possible!
Thanks for the information I will definitely order some of this salt
Thanks for the healthy information.
I got a small Himalayan pink salt lamp that just holds a tea light. It is perfect for relaxing in the evening when I do my meditation. I have been using sea salt but I will try using the Himalayan. i rarely use salt but it would look pretty on my slced tomatoes and cucumbers.
I love Himalayan salt. Tastes so much better and so good for you. Thanks for this awesome post.
God bless you too Anna+ 🙂
Thank you Anna! I am all about improving my health and eating right. I will definitely switch to Himalayan Pink salt! ❤ ~dp
Is the Himalayan Pink salt sold at regular grocery stores or do I need to get it at a health food store? Thank you!! ~dp
I got it in Fruitful Yield. Health food store.
It’s all I use in my kitchen!! I don’t feel guilty about sprinkling liberally either as long as it’s pink!
Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful recipe. I plan to try it soon.
Thanks for the like on Dr. J’s Apothecary Shoppe.
I am certainly convinced by these unsolicited testimonials.
I’ve never heard of such salts in Australia. Will ask around if some shop sells it;
