So finally I quit my job and I’m very happy about it.
As you know from my previous post I was trying to stay on my job against all odds, feeling sorry for the Lady.
But finally I decided enough is enough.
My blood pressure got very high and I felt very tired and totally sick.
And I have even some cancer symptoms coming back…
The worst that I was worry that I will get a stroke.
I’m OK with with getting a heart attack. I will just die fast. That’s fine … π
But the stroke… that’s scary…
So I told the Lady and her Family that I have to go.
I give 2 weeks notice.
When I was living they thanked me for the great job I have done taking care for the Lady and they say that they understand.
And I told them how great Family they are and how sorry I was that I have to go.
I’m staying for one week in the Hotel.
That’s my vacation. π
After I recover little bit I will stay with my Friends for some time and than I will figure out what else I can do with my life…
Somebody said: “If is the time to make a change in your life, you have to make the change or the change is going to make you…”
And I will add:…And is going to be very painful… π
And do you know that when I drove away I was feeling better with every passing Mile…
So I’m glad that I did what I did.
And I know I can bounce back one more time and be ok for some time…
Finally, maybe I can come up with some interesting post for you, my Dear Readers.
Lately I was brain dead.
I could only read some of your posts and send some “likes” and I was rebloging some interesting posts to let you know that I was still alive
and that I care.
Thank you for visiting.
God bless you all.

Good luck to you! I hope you find happiness.
Good Luck with the change and your new beginning.
Congratulations. I nominated you for The Sunshine Blogger Award. https://saorsa2018.wordpress.com/testimonial/sunshine-blogger-award/
You did it! It was never an easy decision. I had to make mine many years ago when I decided to leave my full-time job with stable income for freelancing. But I’m glad I did and there’s no way I’ll ever regret making that decision. Now, find out your talent, skills or hobbies that can be useful for your life! Love what you do, and you’ll never dread another day! Love, Lia from Singapore. =)
Anna, I hope something wonderful comes from this – even something as simple as the feeling you are where you are supposed to be… of course, lower blood pressure would be a bonus.
A quitter?
Hah!
You are the most keep-carrying-on -er I know!
You stayed above and beyond what you were capable of, and having a true heart, felt bad for those you left behind!
You deserve some rest.
You deserve all the best.
So glad to hear you’re feeling a bit better already.
Love,
Paz
Thank you Paz. I’m feeling like I just release myself from the Jail… I Am FREE!!! π Hugs
When we open ourselves to follow the truth, whatever that may be, life meets us there and reveals the Magic. Iβm happy for you and your step forward. May life hold you along this new road of change.
I am very happy for you, and pleased that you quit. We as Cancer survivors have to listen to our bodies! Cancer thrives on stress, so we cannot afford it. Thank you for sharing. xx
Luck 2 u
Good choice.
Hooray for you! I did it three years ago. Never felt better!
2018 is an awakening year. That mean’s you’re not alone. Many will be quitting this year and move into things that more closely resemble their calling in life. New realities are opening up and new paths will rise to meet us. I wish you the very best in finding that which satisfies and leads to life and health!
Take care of yourself. If you don’t no one else will!!!
Depeche Mode sing: “Things must change, we must rearrange them, or we’ll have to estrange them, … a game’s not worth playing over and over again”… I think it sums up life pretty well!
Wishing you find peace and strength on this new chapter of your life. Take care of yourself!
So proud of you! Don’t look back and trust yourself π
Praying for you in this new endeavor. Wishing you nothing but happiness.
May God strengthen you on this new phase in your life. Trust in God with all your heart. I have a Daily Devotional I would like to send you. It will encourage you. Send me postal details. God Bless. All the bestβοΈ
Well done for making the decision to move on to something new, and very best wishes to you for the future π xx

& happiness in your freedom π

Good for you. Best wishes.
Best of luck to you as you move forward. Don’t worry about strokes, I’ve had 2 & I’m just fine π
Quitting is just an another beginning
You are not quitting, you are beginning. Beginning the next phase of your life. Healing. You can’t get there when you are holding on to something that you must let go. Rely on God to direct your path. You are in good hands. God bless and be well.
Hope your health improves, Anna, and best wishes for the future.
Thanks Margaret. I have to be OK. I have to keep bloging. π .Hugs
Dear dear Queen of WP!
Congratulations on completing the latest chapter and softly closing that door! Who knows what amazing stories will be shared in the next chapter, but for sure you’ll have great things to share with us!
Sometimes we need to take a timeout; sometimes our bodies demand that we take a timeout! You’ve earned that, for sure! No matter what happens, we’re your faithful cheerleaders, sending energies from around the world!
Gracias Amiga, mia grande Inspirationalista! π ! You lift my Spirit. Hugs
Best of luck on your big step to life calmness – or perhaps a craziness more of your own choice.
On another note, are you aware that a lo-dose aspirin taken daily can reduce your chance of a stroke, by reducing the chance of a blood clot. The aspirin ‘thins’ your blood so it keeps flowing.
Again: you can do this!!
Trusting your times are in Godβs hands. And that He is capable able and willing to lead you when you seek him. He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it and you can trust that the good works He has for you are to prosper you and not to harm you to give you hope and a future. Thanks for the like. Keep reading and praying Godβs Word. Laura
Amen. Thank you Laura. God bless.
I look forward to reading about your new adventures!
βsomebody said βif it is the time to make change in your life you have to make the change or the change is going to make youβ…β i so needed to read that today, THIS day. It is not only painful, it is scary. Grateful for courage. Thank you.
Glad you quit! Can’t wait to read more of hour posts when you feel alive again!
Nice post. Sounds like you didn’t “quit” as much as you “redirected your energy.” π Either way, congratulations. Enjoy your “you” time.
May the Lord give you rest and lead you to the next phase of your journey!
Live in the moment, not tomorrow. Prayers!
Yay! It takes courage to make that leap of faith, but we need to take care of ourselves. By letting go of that job, you are making room for your next adventure- may it be a more relaxing one.
“And do you know that when I drove away I was feeling better with every passing Mile⦔ … Love and power to you. You made the right decision.
You are in My prayers and May God continue to Guide You through Life!! God Bless You!
You are not a quitter. You finally realized that you have a more important job. Taking care of yourself. I’ve done that. It is the most rewarding career opportunityπ
Hi Anna, I am so happy that you took the final decision. Another horizon awaits you, one that the sun is glittering upon, don’t be scared to go the miles, you will win your fantastic destination where life will treat you well. I quit mine some years ago and I never regretted. At some age we reach in life, we need to be doing our own things, no employers! I wish you a million blooming flowers with lots of sunshine! Take care of yourself!

But you are also a “beginner,” as you have chosen to embark on a new, healthier life. Best of luck to you!
Wishing you all the best and thank you for looking at my site, we have both written a book about our experiences – I understand the urge to express your feelings and try to help other people.
You are not a quitter. You are a survivor. You let go of a lifestyle that was poisoning you. Now, by the grace of Jesus, you are free to heal. That’s my prayer for you, that Jesus heals you. God bless.
God bless. Hugs
PLEASE do take the copper with Zinc and selenium (there is a ratio for that). Also, please look into oxygen therapy right away. Good luck to you!
So glad you made that brave decision- I hope you continue to recover and find a peaceful new beginning.
I think you have a great life ahead of you, I think the quote you used was beutiful said.
You’re remarkable! Eloquent and straghtforward at the same time. At 83 it’s important that I read the like os you – and so, thank you for providing the world with your candor.
You were a rich blessing to them. I wonder what the Lord has in store for you… Can’t wait to read on it π
make it happen
So glad you quit before it got worse for your health! Best of luck
Very sorry to hear that you were so stressed out but glad to see that you were courageous enough to make the change. Change is scary. I am laid-off as of summer end, but I’m trying to look forward to the adventure ahead and trust God to be there for me.
