To be…

…or not to be, that is the question.
Whether it is nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, or to take arms against a sea of troubles, and by opposing end them?

This was the Hamlets problem.

I have different problem.

For me TO BE means to live my life on purpose, not just to exist.
And if I want TO BE, I have to be the healthiest what I can be.

I have to be able to walk, talk, do the things and remember why I’m doing whatever I’m doing.
I like to be helpful.

So far I’m doing okay.
I’m able to keep going and doing…

I have few health problems, nothing very serious, but they slow me down.
I have constant joint pain. I take Turmeric and Ginger capsules.
My memory is getting bad, I keep forgetting the names of people and things. I take Ginkgo Biloba and Gotu Kola pills for that.
And I have food allergies. This is very frustrating. I don’t know what I can eat anymore. I think I have Leaky Gut Syndrome. I take Organic Bone Broth, Collagen and Gelatin for that. It is going to take time to heal…
Thanks God I don’t have any cancer symptoms lately…
So as long as I have TO BE, I want to be my best.
And if this is my BEST for now, I’m OK with that.
And I’m counting my blessings…

Life is short. Live on purpose.

Thank you for visiting.
God bless.

  1. For anything related to the digestive tract, Aloe Vera juice is good. Mixed with 50% Aloe Vera juice & 50% Welch’s Grape Juice, it tastes not bad & the grape juice has health benefits, too. One last suggestion is Apple Cider Vinegar tonic. It might improve your joint pain and overall health. I drink mixed with honey but it’s not a necessity. Google Bragg ACV but any organic brand is probably okay. God bless!

  2. Well, I am not into religion, but I believe it is said that God promises you a safe landing, he did not say the journey would be a smooth one… 🙂 don’t concentrate on the negative, concentrate on the positive, the only one that can stop you is you… 🙂

“Far away there in the sunshine are my highest aspirations. I may not reach them but I can look up and see their beauty, believe in them, and try to follow them.” Louisa May Alcott

  3. Physicality is limited and can only take us so far. Being in alignment with the laws of nature is stabilizing and has a strengthening effect. Beyond the physical remedies are those possessed in the unseen. Healing and longevity are beyond physicality and are often the results of greater faith.

I wish you the best in your health as you go forward. Blessings!

  4. Hail to you, Dear Anna, for your fine example of courage, hope and stamina.
You have given me a new motto. One which I will take from here and use all the days of my life, and I shall think of you often when I quote you.
So many unmoored souls wander within our midst, they would do well to cleave to your admonition:

    “Live on purpose.”

    All my love to you,

  5. Dear Anna, I am happy your symptoms and I hope disease are away! It is wonderful to see good moods like this and good energy. I read years ago that ginger and cinnamon too were very good. All herbs surely offer health. But turmeric’s uniqueness was new and thanks to you, I sprinkle it on food daily and have told my parents, in their 70s. Easy to do, easy to use: sprinkle it just like pepper even after food is made and served.

We have started gardening here in southern Manitoba and of course, pray for the homecoming of our cat like a son, missing since last year. He must have stayed somewhere safe and can walk home with the snow melted and even the nights now warm. He has a tattoo and alerts out too but if people don’t notice cats and if it is up to him, we know he can do it! Conan is always on our minds but we have kept our faith strong, like you have with your concerns. Friends and family help with that! We also have sweet communities here at WordPress and at Goodreads. Love, Carolyn.

  6. TO BE… is to truly live with purpose, and never to just exist.

Father, I pray for Anna. For strength TO BE… forever wrapped up within your love. TO BE… at peace within her circumstance. With the faith TO BE… forever knowing, that she’s alive in you! In Jesus’ name, Amen!
