Nutriscore is a food labeling system. Use in France is voluntary. It has also been introduced in Belgium. It’s rather early to determine long term bennefits, although it is easier for consumers to understand than conventional food labeling.
The EU has higher standards for food inspection and food quality than the US, and any comparisons of the effectiveness of labeling have to take that into account.
Finally, there are other ways to achieve severe health benefits, for example the Intermittant Fasting diet, which has 17 clinical trials to date supporting its use.
