My 73-rd Birthday.

So, today is my 73-rd Birthday and I’m alive and OK.
As you know I’m living on borrowed time for many years now, battling cancer, RA, fibromyalgia and other…
No. I’m not complaining. It is what it is. I’m thankful for every day of my complicated life.
Is not easy, but I go on, slowly, but I keep going…

And now, with coronavairus raging all over the World all my problems become, I will say much smaller.
And now I have more choices. I can die of cancer, coronavairus, heart attack or anything else – today, tomorrow, next week, next month, next year or who knows… 🙂 🙂 🙂
Only God knows.

Thanks God I believe in God and Afterlife. This helps to put all the horror of the Pandemic in different perspective.

In few weeks our lives totally changed. What was important few weeks ago become meaningless.
We have to cope with totally new problems and we don’t even know what to expect in the future.

I’m OK, but I’m overwhelmed by other people suffering.
I can not help others. All I can do is pray for people I know and those who I don’t know.

One of my Friends who is not very religious asked:
“So you are praying and praying and what…..”
And I told her:
“So you and people I know are doing OK. God is listening.”

This too shall pass.

  7. My heart goes out to you. I was diagnosed with cervical cancer. I started my blog after that diagnosis. I was re-diagnosed about 10 years later, and, just last night wrote my latest post regarding my emergency visit. These verses have been a great comfort to me-proverbs 4:20-22. There are SO many more!   17. Happy Birthday 🙂 I love your little choke about being able now, to die of one more thing. Reminds me of one, I heard before: would be terrible to wind up at an old age at the hospital having to die of absolutely nothing 🙂 Keep going strong!
