Further to the blog I have been writing on the recovery of my mum after she suffered a major stroke. I wanted to elaborate on the importance of diet, particularly during this Covid-19 pandemic we find ourselves in.

  1. I’m currently reading Nutrition and Physical Degeneration by Weston A Price DDS … it was written in the 30’s, but is fascinating and IMHO the information is still valid.

  2. Dear foguth

    I recently read ‘Liver Rescue’, by Anthony William, the Medical Medium. I am not entirely convinced by his meditation methods but his knowledge on the body and how it functions was second to none.
    I hope to write an entire blog dedicated solely to fruit and its healing power. We are told today in Western medicine too much fruit is bad for you as it contains too much sugar! It contains glucose a vital source for a healthy liver.
