I recently read ‘Liver Rescue’, by Anthony William, the Medical Medium. I am not entirely convinced by his meditation methods but his knowledge on the body and how it functions was second to none.
I hope to write an entire blog dedicated solely to fruit and its healing power. We are told today in Western medicine too much fruit is bad for you as it contains too much sugar! It contains glucose a vital source for a healthy liver.
Please do join me as I share more on these subjects.
Kind regards
Helen

I am really pleased you liked my post. Away from the mainstream is definitely the way to go. I never really see western docs anymore.
