I have been walking my hope adventure for six months now and have learnt many things about hope; choosing to adopt a hopeful perspective on life being the primary lesson. One thing I haven’t really focussed on is health. I am far from expert on this subject, but I just wnat to touch on this today.
I think it is easy to view health in terms of great feats such as: running marathons, doing fifteen mile hikes over mountains and so on. But as the excellent Lady D’s site advocates (well worth a visit), it is about simple things, such as diet and exercise.
