Recent developments make me lose hope sometimes. Thanks for the encouragement!
This business of hope is almost always tentative. It should become a state-of-mind rather a something one has sometimes and doesn’t at other times. When you are in ‘loss of hope’ mode. re-focus as quickly as possible to the most menial of things or thing that is going on. The mind cannot think of two things once. It might be something as elementary as the feel of the fork you are holding at that moment. So glad you replied.
